How long we keep it
We keep contact-form enquiry details for 24 months and then delete them, unless we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation to keep them longer. Where an enquiry leads to client work, we keep the related records for 5 years after the engagement ends, for contractual and legal reasons.
